






The Independent Carton
Group (ICG) is an association of
independently
-owned and
operated folding carton companies. None of our members are
affiliated with a major paper mill.
Our mission is to help
members provide exceptional products, service, and pricing to their
customers. We have three programs to help accomplish this mission:
Purchasing Program
By negotiating contracts as
a group, rather than as individual companies, the ICG Purchasing
Program allows ICG companies to purchase raw materials, supplies and
equipment at prices competitive with the folding carton subsidiaries
of the large, integrated paper mills. The
result? ICG companies can offer pricing that is competitive with any

Supply Assurance
In the case of a
catastrophe at one of our member-companies, the ICG quickly arranges
for backup production from one of our other members. In addition, the
ICG Purchasing Program gives our members access to long-term raw
material contracts that reduce the risk of interruption in the event
of a paper shortage. These programs help customers of ICG companies
have confidence that they will have a consistent, reliable source of
folding cartons.
Quarterly Meetings
Networking and
presentations by vendors and experts at the ICG’s quarterly meetings
help members to stay up-to-date on the latest technology,
manufacturing techniques and developments in the folding carton
industry.
